【摘要】:ISO(theInternationalOrganizationforStandardization)andIEC(theInternationalElectrotechnicalCommission)formthespecializedsystemforworldwidestandardizationNationalbodiesthataremembersofISOorIECparticipateinthedevelopmentofInternationalStandardsthroughtechnicalcommrtteesestablishedbytherespectiveorganizationtodealwithparticularfieldsoftechnicalactivityISOandlEDtechnicalcommitteescollaborateinfieldsofmutualinterest.Otherinternationalorganizations,governmentalandnon-governmental,inliaisonwithISOandIEC,alsotakepartinthework.Inthefieldofinformationtechnology,ISOandIEChaveestablishedajointtechnicalcommittee,ISO/IECJTC1InternationalStandardsaredraftedinaccordancewiththerulesgivenintheISO/IECDirectives,Part2ThemaintaskofthejointtechnicalcommitteeistoprepareinternationalStandardsDraftInternationalStandardsadoptedbythejointtechnicalcommitteearecirculatedtonationalbodiesforvotingPublicationasanInternationalStandardrequiresapprovalbyatleast75%ofthenationalbodiescastingavoteAttentionisdrawntothepossibilitythatsomeoftheelementsofthisdocumentmaybethesubjectofpatentrightsISOandIECshallnotbeheldresponsibleforidentifyinganyorallsuchpatentrights.Amendment16toISO/IEC14496-5:2001waspreparedbyJointTechnicalCommitteeISO/IECJTC1,Informationtechnology,SubcommitteeSC29,Codingofaudio,picture,multimediaandhypermediainformationThisAmendmentaddstheReferenceSoftwareofSymbolicMusicRepresentationasdefinedinISO/IEC14496-23andISO/IEC14496-11:2005/Amd.5TherearetwopartstotheSMRreferencesoftwarereferencesoftware--MPEG-4SystemsdependentandMPEG-4SystemsindependentpartsTheMPEG-4SystemsdependentpartisimplementedandmadeavailableasarevisiontotheIM1referencesoftwareforMPEG-4SystemsTheMPEG-4Systemsindependentpartisavailableasanindependentimplementation.

【摘要】:Theobjectiveofthisguideistoprovideguidancefortheplacementanduseofpassivemonitorsthatwhenuniformlyappliedenablestheusertoeliminatemanyinterferencesinthesamplingofindoorair.Sincetheanalysisoftheindoorenvironmentbypassiveairmonitorsisinfluencedbymanyfactorsotherthanthemethodofsampling,effortsaremadetominimizeinterferingfactorsandmaintaintheairatconditionstypicalofthemeasurementlocationwithinthevicinityofthepassiveairmonitor.However,whenperformingdiagnosticorspecialmeasurements,non-typicalindoorairenvironmentconditionsmaybedesirableorrequired.Thus,theobjectivesofasamplingstudymaydeterminetheconditionsneededforsampling.Passivesamplingprovidesfortimeintegratedmeasurements.Passivemonitorsareusuallyplacedinanindoorenvironmentoveratimeperiodtoobtainacumulativesample;hence,interferingfactorsshouldbeanticipatedandeliminatedwherepossible.Passivemonitorsoftenlackthesensitivitytomeasureshort-termpeakconcentrations.Withsuitableinstructionregardingplacementofpassivemonitors,placementandretrievalofthemonitorscanbeperformedbyunskilledpersonnel(forexample,occupants).1.1Thisguidecoverstheplacementanduseofdiffusioncontrolledmonitorsintheindooratmosphere.1.2Diffusioncontrolledpassivemonitorswithinthisguideincludebothareaandpersonalmonitorsforuseinresidences,publicbuildings,offices,andothernon-industrialworkplacesanddwellingenvironments.ApassivemonitorisanyairmonitorthatdoesnotutilizeelectricalormechanicalpowerinordertosupplyairtothesorbentmediaorchemicalreactantwithinthemonitorandsampleaccordingtoFick''sfirstlawofdiffusion.1.3Thepurposeofthisguideistoensureuniformityofsamplingwithinavarietyofindoorenvironmentsandtofacilitatecomparisonofresults.1.4ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Nootherunitsofmeasurementareincludedinthisstandard.1.5Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
