【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardprovidestheoverallframeworkofquantitativemethodsforthedetectionofgeneticallymodifiedorganisms(GMOs)infoodstuffs,usingthepolymerasechainreaction(PCR).ItdefinesgeneralrequirementsforthespecificamplificationofDNAtargetsequences,inordertoquantifytherelativeGMO-derivedDNAcontentandtoconfirmtheidentityoftheamplifiedDNAsequence.Guidelines,minimumrequirementsandperformancecriterialaiddowninthisInternationalStandardareintendedtoensurethatcomparable,accurateandreproducibleresultsareobtainedindifferentlaboratories.ThisInternationalStandardhasbeenestablishedforfoodmatrices,butisalsoapplicabletoothermatrices,e.g.feedandplantsamplesfromtheenvironment.SpecificexamplesofmethodsareprovidedinAnnexesAtoD.
