【摘要】:ThisBritishStandardspecifiesrequirementsfortheconstructionandtestingofarmouredcableswiththermosettinginsulationforratedvoltagesfrom3.8/6.6(7.2)kVupto19/33(36)kVinclusivewhich,whenassessedbythespecifiedtests,producelowerlevelsofsmokeandcorrosiveproductsunderexposuretofirecomparedwithcablesconformingtoBS6622.Cablesspecifiedinthisstandardareforuseinfixedindustrialinstallationsandbuildings.Thecablesaredesignedforamaximumcontinuousconductoroperatingtemperatureof90℃andforamaximumshortcircuitconductortemperatureof250℃.Inthisstandard,thelevelofcorrosiveandacidgasesisdeterminedbymeasurementofhydrochloricacid(HCI)inaccordancewithBSEN50267-2-1.NOTEThisisanindirectassessmentmethod,andreferenceshouldbemadetoIEC60695-5-2:1994,5.1.5foradditionalguidance.Thecabletypesspecifiedinthisstandardaresingle-coreandthree-corecablesasfollows:—strandedcopper,strandedaluminiumorsolidaluminiumconductors;—cross-linkedpolyethyleneorcross-linkedethylenepropylenerubberinsulation;—copperwireorcoppertapemetallicscreens.AnnexAgivesguidanceontheselectionofcablesofappropriatevoltagedesignationsforparticularsystems.AnnexBliststheinformationthatshouldbeprovidedbythepurchaserwithanenquiry/orderforcables.AnnexCgivesrecommendationsfortheinstallationofcables.AnnexNgivesguidanceontheuseofcables.
