【摘要】:ThispartofISO7919givesguidelinesforapplyingevaluationcriteriaofshaftvibrationundernormaloperatingconditions,measuredatorclosetothebearingsofcoupledindustrialmachines.Theseguidelinesarepresentedintermsofbothsteadyrunningvibrationandanyamplitudechangeswhichcanoccurinthesesteadyvalues.Thenumericalvaluesspecifiedarenotintendedtoserveastheonlybasisforvibrationevaluationsince,ingeneral,thevibratoryconditionofamachineisassessedbyconsiderationofboththeshaftvibrationandtheassociatedstructuralvibration.ThispartofISO7919appliestocoupledindustrialmachineswithfluid-filmbearings,havingmaximumcontinuousratedspeedsintherange1000r/minto30000r/minandnotlimitedbysizeandpower,comprising--steamturbines,--turbocompressors,--turbogenerators,--turbofans,--electricdrivesandassociatedgears,whererelevant,and--rotodynamicpumps(turbopumps).TheinformationrelatingtopumpsprovidedinthispartofISO7919complementsthatgiveninISO10816-7.Inparticular,theconditionsforin-situoperation,performingacceptancetestsandtheinfluenceofbearingclearancegiveninISO10816-7shallbetakenintoaccountwhenevaluatingtheshaftvibrationofpumpsThispartofISO7919isneitherapplicabletoland-basedsteamturbine-generatorsetsforpowerstationswithoutputsgreaterthan50MW(seeISO7919-2),normachinesetsinhydraulicpowergeneratingandpumpingplantswithoutputsof1MWorgreater(seeISO7919-5).
