【摘要】:Thisstandardspecifiesthesafetyrequirementsforthedesign,manufactureandinformationforsafeuseofpalletizers,depalletizers,andstackers/unstackersofemptypalletsintegratedornotintoa(de)palletizerasdefinedin3.1.Inmanyrespectspalletizersanddepalletizerspresentthesamerisks.Inthistexttheyarereferredtotogetheras(de)palletizers.Formanipulatingindustrialrobotsusedin(de)palletizerapplicationsthisstandardandEN775apply.Thesesafetyrequirementsapplytoautomaticandsemi-automatic(de)palletizers.Theytakeintoaccountthehazardswhichmayoccurduringsetting,commissioninganddecommissioning,adjustment,useaccordingtotheinformationgivenbythemanufacturer,maintenance(bothpreventiveandrepair)andcleaning.Thisstandarddoesnotcoverthefollowinghazardswhichcanoccuron(de)palletizersincertaincircumstances:-heat;-noise;-radiation;-fumes,gas,dust;-vibration;-ergonomics(seeEN614-1:1995).Furthermorethisstandarddoesnotcoverhazardsarisingfromcontentsoftheload(e.g.toxicorflammablematerials).Linkedequipment,beforeandafterthe(de)palletizer,whichisnotanintegralpartof(de)palletizingmachinery,(forexamplepalletloadsecuring)isnotcoveredbythisstandard.Thisstandardappliesprimarilytothemachineswhicharemanufacturedafterthedateofissueofthestandard.
