【摘要】:1.1ThispartofIEC60730appliestoautomaticelectricalairflow,waterflowandwaterlevelsensingcontrolsforusein,orinassociationwith,boilerswithamaximumpressureratingof2000kPA(20bar)andequipmentforgeneralhouseholdandsimilaruseincludingcontrolsforheating,air-conditioningandsimilarapplications.Examplesarewaterflowandwaterlevelsensingcontrolsofthefloatorelectrode-sensortypeusedinboilerapplicationsandairflow,waterflowandwaterlevelsensingcontrolsforswimmingpoolpumps,watertankpumps,coolingtowers,dishwashers,washingmachines,airconditioningchillersandventilationapplications.1.1.1Thisstandardappliestotheinherentsafety,totheoperatingvalues,operatingsequenceswheresuchareassociatedwithequipmentprotection,andtothetestingofautomaticelectricalairflow,waterflowandwaterlevelsensingcontrolsusedin,orinassociationwith,householdandsimilarequipment.ThisstandardisalsoapplicabletocontrolsforapplianceswithinthescopeofIEC60335-1andIEC60364-7-702.Automaticelectricalairflow,waterflowandwaterlevelsensingcontrolsforequipmentnotintendedfornormalhouseholduse,butwhichneverthelessmaybeusedbythepublic,suchasequipmentintendedtobeusedbylaymeninshops,inlightindustryandonfarms,arewithinthescopeofthisstandard.Thisstandardisalsoapplicabletoindividualcontrolsutilizedaspartofacontrolsystemorcontrolswhicharemechanicallyintegralwithmultifunctionalcontrolshavingnon-electricaloutputs.Thisstandardisnotapplicabletopressure-operatedairflow,waterflowandwaterlevelsensingcontrols,requirementsforwhicharecontainedinIEC60730-2-61).Thisstandarddoesnotapplytoairflow,waterflowandwaterlevelsensingcontrolsdesignedexclusivelyforindustrialapplications.Throughoutthisstandard,theword"equipment"means"applianceandequipment".1.1.2Thisstandardappliestoautomaticelectricalcontrols,mechanicallyorelectricallyoperated,responsivetoorcontrollingairflow,waterflowandwaterlevel.1.1.3Thisstandardcontainsrequirementsforelectricalfeaturesofairflow,waterflowandwaterlevelsensingcontrolsandrequirementsformechanicalfeaturesthatmayaffecttheirintendedoperationandelectricalsafety.1.1.4Thisstandardappliestomanualcontrolswhensuchareelectricallyand/ormechanicallyintegralwithairflow,waterflowandwaterlevelsensingcontrols.RequirementsformanualswitchesnotformingpartofanautomaticcontrolarecontainedinIEC60669andIEC61058-1.1.1.5Ingeneral,theseairflow,waterflowandwaterlevelsensingcontrolsareintegratedorincorporatedwiththeequipmentorareintendedtobeintegratedorincorporatedinorontheequipment.Thisstandardalsocoverscontrolswhentheyareindependentlymountedorofinlinecordconstruction.1.2Thisstandardappliestocontrolswitharatedvoltagenotexceeding690Vandaratedcurrentnotexceeding63A.1.3Thisstandardtakesintoaccounttheresponsevalueofanautomaticactionofacontrolwheresucharesponsevalueisdependentuponthemethodofmountingthecontrol.Wherearesponsevalueisofsignificantpurposefortheprotectionoftheuser,orsurroundings,thevaluedefinedintheappropriatehouseholdequipmentstandardorasdeterminedbythemanufacturershallapply.1.4Thisstandardappliesalsotocontrolsincorporatingelectronicdevices,requirementsforwhicharecontainedinAnnexH.ThisstandardappliesalsotocontrolsusingNTCandPTCthermistors,requirementsforwhicharecontainedinAnnexJ.
