【摘要】:1.1Thispracticecoversthefabricationofnewfiberboardboxes,linersandsleeves.1.2Thispracticepointsoutthefactorsandcomponentsthatmustbecontrolledinthemanufactureofcorrugatedandsolidfiberboardboxes,linersandsleeves.1.3Thispracticedoesnotcovertheadequacyoffiberboardcontainersunderallconditionsofexposuretoatmosphere,handling,shippingandstorage.1.4Thevaluesstatedineitherinch-poundunitsorSIunitsaretoberegardedseparatelyasstandard.Withinthetext,theSIunitsareshowninbrackets.Thevaluesstatedineachsystemarenotexactequivalents;therefore,eachsystemmustbeusedindependentlyoftheother.Combiningvaluesfromthetwosystemsmayresultinnon-conformancewiththestandard.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.

【摘要】:ThispartofprEN13230definestechnicalcriteriaandcontrolprocedureswhichhavetobesatisfiedbytheconstituentmaterialsandthefinishedconcretesleepersandbearers,i.e.:precastconcretesleepers,bearersforswitchesandcrossings,andspecialelementsforrailwaytracks.Themainrequirementofconcretesleepersandbearersisthetransmissionofvertical,lateralandlongitudinalloadsfromtherailstotheballastorothersupport.Inuse,theyarealsoexposedtomoisturewhichcanresultindetrimentalchemicalreactionswithinthesleeperandtofrostdamage.Inthisstandard,mechanicaltestsaredefinedwhichprovideassuranceofthecapabilityofsleepersorbearerstoresistrepetitiveloadingandprovidesufficientdurability.Inaddition,controlsareintroducedinthemanufacturingprocessandtestssetoutwhichwillensurethattheconcretewillnotsufferdegradationinservicethroughchemicalreactionandfrostdamage.
