【摘要】:IEC60601-1:1988,Clause1,appliesexceptasfollows:Amendments(addatendof1.1):1.1ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesrequirementsforthesafetyandessentialperformanceoftransportableliquidoxygensystemswhichareusedasasupplysourceforoxygentherapy.Thesedevicesusuallyconsistofaportableunittobecarriedbyorwiththepatientwhilstinuseandthevesselusedtorefilltheportableunit.Thesedevicesaremostlyusedinhomecareapplicationsandinhealthcarefacilities/institutions.Thesedevicesareoftenusedwithoutprofessionalsupervision.LiquidoxygenvesselsusedasasupplysourceforoxygenpipelinesystemsareexcludedfromthisInternationalStandard.TherequirementsofthisInternationalStandardwhichreplaceormodifytherequirementsofIEC60601-1:1998anditsAmendments1(1991)and2(1995)areintendedtotakeprecedenceoverthecorrespondinggeneralrequirements.1.4Addition:NOTEPlanninganddesignofproductscomplyingwiththisIntematinalStandardcanhaveenvironmentalimpactduringtheproductlifecycle.EnvironmentalaspectsareaddressedinAnnexBB.AdditionalaspectsofenvironmentalimpactareaddressedinISO14971.
